Description of the service
InnerWorld is an independently operated online game and community project. The service may provide game access, accounts, characters, rankings, character profiles, community features, optional Premium services, and other functionality introduced over time.

Basic access to InnerWorld may be provided free of charge. Optional paid services or digital benefits do not guarantee uninterrupted access, competitive advantage, permanent availability, or ownership of the game, account, character, or underlying service.
User accounts
Users must provide accurate information where requested and must keep their login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and must not be transferred, sold, shared, or used by another person without authorization. Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts unless caused by a security failure attributable to the operator.
Account recovery
Account recovery and Microsoft/Xbox identity replacement procedures are subject to identity and ownership verification. The operator may refuse or suspend a recovery request when ownership cannot be verified or when fraud, abuse, or conflicting claims are suspected.
Characters and game data
Characters, inventories, statistics, rankings, guild information, and other game records form part of the InnerWorld service. Users receive a limited right to use these records within the service but do not acquire ownership of the underlying software, databases, game systems, or virtual content.
Names and identifiers
Character names, guild names, messages, and other user-selected identifiers must not be unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, impersonating, privacy-invasive, or infringing the rights of others. The operator may rename, restrict, or remove inappropriate identifiers.
Public game information
Some game information may be publicly displayed, including character names, profiles, classes, levels, rankings, guild membership, statistics, and recorded deaths. Users must not include sensitive personal information in publicly visible names or content.
Permitted use
Users may access and use InnerWorld only for lawful personal and community participation in accordance with these terms, the game rules, and reasonable technical instructions issued by the operator.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not cheat, exploit bugs, automate unauthorized gameplay, manipulate network traffic, interfere with servers or databases, bypass security measures, access another users account, duplicate virtual assets, distribute malicious software, harass others, impersonate staff, conduct fraud, or use the services for unlawful purposes.
Bug reporting and exploitation
Users are encouraged to report bugs and security issues through or the designated community channel. Knowingly exploiting, concealing, distributing, or benefiting from a bug may result in correction of affected game data and moderation measures.
Community conduct
Users must communicate respectfully and must not publish threats, harassment, hate content, unlawful material, personal data belonging to others, spam, scams, malicious links, or content that seriously disrupts the community.
User-provided content
Users remain responsible for messages, names, reports, suggestions, forum posts, images, and other content they submit. Users confirm that they have the rights necessary to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Permission to use submitted content
By submitting content intended to appear within InnerWorld or its community areas, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display, adapt, and moderate that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve InnerWorld. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except where continued retention is legally required or technically necessary for backups, records, or dispute resolution.
Moderation
The operator may investigate reports and apply warnings, restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, content removal, name changes, corrections to game data, or other proportionate measures when these terms, game rules, security requirements, or applicable law are violated.
No guaranteed support service
InnerWorld does not provide a guaranteed customer-support service, service level, or response time. Users may contact the operator or community through the available channels, and requests will be considered individually when reasonably possible.
Suggestions and contributions
Users may voluntarily provide suggestions, bug reports, translations, ideas, or other contributions. Submitting a contribution does not create an employment, partnership, compensation, implementation, confidentiality, or support obligation unless separately agreed in writing.
Availability and changes
InnerWorld may be modified, updated, interrupted, restricted, reset, migrated, suspended, or discontinued for technical, security, legal, maintenance, balancing, community, or operational reasons. Continuous availability, preservation of every feature, and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
Game balancing and data corrections

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, security, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the portal when appropriate. Where legally required, renewed acceptance will be requested before the updated terms apply.
