PREMIUM AND PAYMENT TERMS
Service provider
Premium services and payment-related functionality are provided by , acting as an individual service provider and operator of InnerWorld. Contact: <payment contact email>.
Scope
These terms apply to optional Premium subscriptions, one-time digital benefits, Inner Coins, payment processing, automatic renewal, cancellation, withdrawal requests, refunds, failed payments, and related transactions made through InnerWorld.
Acceptance of these terms
Before completing a payment, users must review and accept these Premium and Payment Terms together with the applicable price, billing frequency, digital benefits, renewal conditions, and other information presented during checkout.
Provider information
The legal identity, address, contact details, website purpose, and other information concerning the service provider are available in the Legal Notice.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, fraud-prevention information, and other transaction data under its own terms and privacy policy. InnerWorld does not receive or store complete payment card details.
Prices and currencies
Prices are displayed before checkout in the applicable currency. Stripe may present a supported local currency according to the customers location, payment configuration, or available currency options. The final amount and currency shown in Stripe Checkout before confirmation are authoritative for the payment.
Taxes
Prices will indicate whether applicable taxes are included or added during checkout. Any tax amount calculated and displayed before payment forms part of the final total payable by the user.
Premium subscription
Premium is an optional recurring digital service that may provide account status, game access benefits, digital rewards, Inner Coins, or other features described on the Premium page at the time of subscription.
Current Premium benefits
The Premium page will identify the benefits currently included, the billing interval, the price, the initial Premium period, and any Inner Coins or other digital rewards associated with the initial payment or subsequent renewals.
No permanent entitlement
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Premium benefits remain available only while the applicable paid Premium period is active. A subscription does not transfer ownership of the game, account, characters, virtual content, software, or underlying service.
Subscription start
Premium normally starts after Stripe confirms a successful initial payment and InnerWorld successfully correlates and processes the transaction. Temporary processing delays may occur where payment verification, fraud review, or technical reconciliation is required.
Billing period
Each Premium period follows the billing interval and period confirmed by Stripe. Premium start and end dates are based on the authoritative paid subscription period associated with the transaction.
Automatic renewal
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless automatic renewal is disabled before the next charge. The applicable amount and billing frequency are shown before the initial subscription is confirmed.
Renewal charges
When automatic renewal is enabled, Stripe will attempt to charge the saved payment method for the next billing period. A successful renewal payment extends Premium to the new paid period and may deliver the renewal benefits described in the current Premium offer.
Stopping automatic renewal
Users may disable automatic renewal through the Premium Management area while the subscription is eligible for cancellation. Disabling automatic renewal prevents future scheduled renewal charges but does not normally end the already paid Premium period immediately.
Access after cancellation
When automatic renewal is disabled, Premium normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No further renewal charge will be requested unless automatic renewal is enabled again.
Resuming automatic renewal
Where permitted by Stripe and the current subscription state, users may enable automatic renewal again before the active Premium period ends. The portal will display the resulting renewal state after Stripe confirms the change.
Failed or incomplete payments
If a payment fails, remains incomplete, is reversed, or requires additional action, Premium benefits and digital rewards may be delayed, withheld, restricted, or allowed to expire. Stripe may retry eligible subscription payments according to the payment configuration.
Expiration
When a Premium period ends without a successful renewal, the account may return to the standard free status. Premium-only features may become unavailable, but this does not normally delete the account or characters.
Inner Coins
Inner Coins are virtual account credits used only within InnerWorld. They are not legal currency, electronic money, a bank deposit, an investment, or a transferable monetary balance, and they cannot be redeemed for cash unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Delivery of Inner Coins
Where Inner Coins are included in a transaction, the amount shown before payment will be delivered to the eligible destination account after successful payment processing and fulfillment. Delivery may be delayed when manual review or technical reconciliation is required.
One-time digital benefits
One-time payments may provide a stated quantity of Inner Coins or another clearly identified digital benefit. These payments do not create a recurring subscription unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.
Gifts
Where a digital benefit is marked as giftable, the purchaser may select an eligible character or gamertag before checkout. The selected recipient account is confirmed before payment and becomes the destination of the digital benefit after successful fulfillment.
Gift recipient responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for confirming the intended gift recipient before proceeding to payment. Once a correctly processed digital benefit has been delivered to the confirmed recipient, the destination cannot normally be changed except where required by law or where the delivery resulted from an operator error.
Premium subscriptions and gifts
Premium subscriptions may not be gifted unless the Premium page expressly provides a supported gifting option. A Premium subscription is normally associated with the authenticated purchasing account.
Digital delivery
Digital benefits are normally delivered automatically after Stripe confirms payment. Delivery is considered complete when the applicable Premium period or virtual benefit has been correctly recorded for the relevant InnerWorld account.
Processing delays
Although most deliveries are automatic, payment events, third-party service availability, database connectivity, fraud checks, or technical failures may delay fulfillment. Users should contact if a successful payment has not been reflected after a reasonable processing period.
Payment records
InnerWorld may retain transaction references, Stripe identifiers, payment status, subscription status, amount, currency, invoice references, fulfillment status, and related records where necessary for service delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the period established by applicable law, normally fourteen days, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions for digital content and digital services.
Immediate performance
Where the user requests immediate activation or delivery before the withdrawal period expires, InnerWorld may request the users express consent to begin performance immediately and acknowledgement of the legal consequences for the right of withdrawal.
Loss or limitation of withdrawal rights
Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may be lost or limited after digital content has begun to be supplied or a digital service has been fully performed, provided that the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation have been obtained. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
How to request withdrawal
Withdrawal requests may be sent to and should identify the account, transaction, payment date, and request. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify identity, ownership, and the relevant transaction.
Refunds
Refund and withdrawal requests are handled according to applicable law. Outside mandatory legal rights, refund requests may be reviewed individually, including cases involving duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, operator error, failed delivery, or exceptional circumstances.
No automatic refund for unused time
Disabling automatic renewal, ceasing to use the service, account inactivity, or failing to use available Premium time or digital benefits does not automatically create a right to a refund for an already validly supplied billing period, without prejudice to mandatory legal rights.
Defective or non-conforming digital service
If a paid digital service or digital benefit is not supplied, is materially different from its description, or does not conform to mandatory legal requirements, the user may be entitled to correction, restoration of conformity, price reduction, termination, refund, or another remedy provided by applicable law.
Payment reversals and disputes
If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, canceled, or determined to be unauthorized, InnerWorld may suspend, remove, or reverse the related Premium period, Inner Coins, or digital benefits to the extent permitted by law and technically possible.
Chargebacks
Users are encouraged to contact before initiating a chargeback so that payment or delivery problems can be reviewed. This does not prevent users from exercising rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.
Fraud and abuse
Payments involving fraud, unauthorized payment methods, abuse, manipulation, duplicate fulfillment attempts, or circumvention of payment controls may be rejected, suspended, reversed, or referred for investigation. Related accounts may be restricted where reasonably necessary.
Account eligibility
Digital benefits may only be delivered to valid and eligible InnerWorld accounts. A transaction may be delayed or rejected when the account cannot be identified, is unavailable, is subject to restrictions that prevent fulfillment, or the supplied recipient information is invalid.
Account closure
Closing or deleting an account may prevent future use of remaining Premium time or virtual benefits. Any mandatory consumer rights, accounting records, and legally required retention remain unaffected.
Changes to Premium benefits
Premium features and game-related benefits may change for balancing, technical, operational, legal, or security reasons. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and communicated where required.
Price changes
Future subscription prices may change. A new price will not be applied to a future renewal without the notice, confirmation, or consent required by applicable law and Stripes supported billing process.
No resale or commercial use
Premium access, Inner Coins, and other digital benefits are intended for personal use within InnerWorld. Users may not sell, exchange, broker, or commercially exploit them outside supported game functionality.
Service availability
Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to InnerWorld. Temporary interruptions may occur, but mandatory remedies for paid digital services remain available where required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party payment failures, external service interruptions, user errors, compromised credentials, or circumstances outside the operators reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy and payment data
The processing of account information, transaction identifiers, Stripe data, security records, and related personal data is explained in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.
Terms of Use
Use of InnerWorld accounts, characters, community features, virtual content, and game services remains subject to the Terms of Use.
Mandatory consumer rights
These terms do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights granted under Spanish law, European Union law, or other applicable law. Mandatory rights prevail over any conflicting provision.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, payment, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate, and renewed acceptance will be requested when legally required.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence where applicable.
Payment questions and disputes
Users are encouraged to contact so that payment, subscription, delivery, cancellation, or refund issues can be reviewed directly. This does not prevent users from exercising mandatory rights or contacting a competent consumer, administrative, payment, or judicial authority.
